About L&R Syd
Love and Responsibility in Sydney (L&R SYD) is a weekly social discussion forum for students & young adults. It will inspire you to grow in your understanding of love and relationships. We live in an age where relationships begin and end with ease, hearts are broken, and the most common piece of advice is “Just do what feels right". But we deserve more & there is more! Join Us!
Love and Responsibility was written by Pope John Paul II while he was still a bishop in Poland and it is the foundation of what became the Theology of the Body. Each week we will look at a summary of a section of the book. There will be a mix of whole group and small group discussions.
After a hugely successful 2011 season with over 150 students and young professionals each week, L&R SYD is returning! It will take place over six consecutive Tuesday evenings (20 Mar – 24 Apr, excluding 10 Apr) in the courtyard of the University of Notre Dame, Broadway. Drinks and snacks from 6pm for a 6.30pm start. Finish around 8pm with optional dinner to follow at café Broadway
L&R SYD is for married couples, dating couples & singles (ages 18-35)
